Simone Taglienti
Born in 1978, he’s mad of cooking since he was very young: when he’s only 14 he starts to work in restaurants in summer and when he’s 23 he opens his first commercial local. Although these starting targets, the chef keeps on studying and deepening the world of gastronomy, becoming pizza chef instructor and winning his first rewards. Today, his pub Luppolo and Farina lets us enjoy his experience, through a menu rich of choices, able to satisfy the tastes of all clients.
