Passion, sacrifices, ability and curiosity. Four words that resume Simone Taglienti’s history and his big love: cooking. A history of dedition, that starts in 1992 until nowadays, with Luppolo and Farina, ex On the Road, but also the most ancient brewery in the province of Frosinone. It’s right here that Simone, 100% free of trying new formulas, increases his knowledges, opening the pizza store in 2018 and developing the unicity of his pizza, the only one in Italy that has among its ingredients the beer.

THE COOKING THAT TRIES NEW FORMULAS
Simone Taglienti opens his first store in 2001
Simone Taglienti, born in 1978, since he was a child shows a big interest in cooking, an interest that takes him to open his first store in 2001. He’s only 23 but he has a lot of curiosity and perseverance.
In 2005 there’s a big development, when he and his wife manage to buy with a lot of sacrifices the more ancient brewery in the province of Frosinone: the Pub On the Road, opened in 1980. So he starts his climbing in this branch: without never laying down on his achieved goals, he goes on deepening his knowledges of culinary world, becoming a pizza chef instructor and in 2018 he inaugurates the pizza store in the pub.
One year later he starts to receive the first recognitions: in 2019 Simone takes part in the very famous event "City of Pizza". On this occasion he is awarded with his Km0.
Nowadays, Simone keeps on delighting us with his cooking, offering in the menu traditional pizzas and gluten free pizzas, to satisfy everyone.
